remarks:
1. Warranty period: one year or 1000 hours of cumulative operation (whichever comes first). If the parts are damaged or other faults of the unit are caused by the manufacturer's negligence in assembly or improper selection of design and raw materials, the supplier can be responsible for warranty;
2. The damage of vulnerable parts and daily used accessories of diesel generator set caused by human operation error and negligent maintenance is not within the scope of warranty. All parts outside the warranty period are provided at cost. Service personnel arrive at the customer's site or repair the unit in the manufacturer's factory until it can be used normally.
